The care, compassion and understanding you showed us during a very traumatic and painful time was very much appreciated. Having to deal with the Coronavirus restrictions and the constant changes was handled promptly and professionally.

At all times we felt fully informed and it was a comfort to my Mum that she felt my Dad was in good hands. The work to prepare for viewing in the chapel of rest will forever be appreciated as it was a lovely last memory for my Mum and us.

I understand it is your profession Jen, and you deal with these situations every day, but you made a huge difference to all of our family and we will be forever grateful. Thank you
