When, on 3rd March 2019, after having lived, loved, and cared for P… I did not know whom to choose, to entrust P to for what would be the necessary next step. I could not have known that having chosen and contacted your company, of the warmth, care, respect, support, and of your gentle, professional manner throughout that has been so thoughtfully given and so gratefully received. I felt that P was safe and rested, and my time with P, whilst in your care, gave a sense of calm. My heartfelt thanks to you.
