Dear Ben,
I just wanted to say thank you very much for you professionalism, your caring & compassionate manner and all that you have done, for us. You have made such a difficult time just that little bit easier to bear. I have felt so confident that in your hands all would go well with P & Mum’s funeral. You have not rushed me and I so appreciate that. I have lost two of the most important people in my life, thank you for looking after them for me.
